Every session is tailored to your unique needs—creating a space where you can truly exhale. Whether you're carrying chronic tension, navigating stress, recovering from burnout, or simply craving intentional self-care, your session is designed to support both your body and your nervous system. Our philosophy is simple: therapeutic massage doesn't have to be painful to be effective. Through thoughtful techniques, gentle communication, and individualized care, we help you move with less pain, less stress, and more ease. Emily Miller, LMBT has been practicing Massage for 4 years and has been in the wellness and spa industry for 6 years as an esthetician. She has training in deep tissue work that isn't painful, Thai massage, sports massage and facial massage. She is passionate about helping people relieve pain and providing a safe space to fully relax and reset. She specializes in therapeutic work that can help with shoulder and neck dysfunction, TMJ and tension headaches. When she is not busy running her own business she enjoys traveling, hiking, running and yoga. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment, as well as no-show appointments, will forfeit the $35 booking deposit. After two late cancellations or no-shows, the full cost of the missed appointment will be charged to the card on file. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client's appointment. The full session fee will still apply. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time. This policy helps ensure appointment availability for all clients while allowing us to provide the highest level of personalized care.
